Russ Whitefield's 16v 'C4RBD
Cover star of Performance VW March 2010. Russ's MK2 is immaculate. Rebuilt over the last few years, it was already a show winner with a BMW Mini dash install, carbed 16v engine and perfect stance, most would be happy with it. Not Russ, he took the car off the road and completly re-built it to a mind blowing standard.
Engine: 2.0 16vwith twin weber carbs. Rocker cover smoothed, engine detailed inchrome & carbon fibre. One off carbon fibre driveshafts. Carbon fuel tank.
Chassis: 9.5/10 x 16 BBS RS, FK coilovers, fully polybushed. All suspension parts powdercoated
Exterior: Re-sprayed in VW Red Mica. all new glass, Audi A6 door handles. Smoothed bodywork
Interior: BMW Mini dash covered in brown leather/suede. Recaro G60 electric seats. Digital guages.
