Re: голф мк4 1.9.pd 115ps. GAS SCARIC OFFICINA
Абе според един италиански форум вероятностите са много и различни, така че е хубаво човека да си каже какво точно е правил по колата последните 1000-2000 км :)
Например запушен ЕГР?
И като се зачетох по другите форуми, ето какво излезе :)
It's a fault indicating a problem with EGR regulation.
Possibility #1:
Click on the vag-com list link at the top of the page. I know there are some members in Dayton that might be able to help. Using VAG-COM software, they can verify that the mass air flow sensor (MAF) is giving reasonable readings. This is actually a prime suspect for the cause of the problem.
You mentioned using a MAF from a 2.0, but it's not really intended for use on the TDI and gives inaccurate readings to the ECM for air flow. Depending on what the ECM is seeing, this could be source of the problem. Some have made a small modification (plugging holes in the air flow path of the sensor) to get more accurate readings to the ECM. 2.0L MAFs are not known for durability either (just ask the 2.0L crowd).
An alternative is to replace with a genuine part intended for a TDI (see the classifieds for cheaper alternatives to dealerships), or use of a Pierburg brand sensor (some slight modification required and is covered in other threads).
Possibility #2:
The EGR valve is that first part of the intake they should have cleaned out. It's got the round silver part on it, near the back right of the engine compartment.
There's a small vacuum hose attached to it. Make sure that hose is in good condition.
If it is good, you'll need a hand vacuum pump to verify the operation of the valve. Pull off the small hose, and remove the large black intake hose. Use the hand vacuum pump connected where the small hose was and see if the valve operates inside the intake. It needs to open when vacuum applied, and fully close when vacuum released.
If it appears to be operating correctly, verify there are no splits in the metal tubing that runs from it to the large stainless steel looking tubing thing back behind the engine (EGR cooler), and in the same type of tubing at the other end of the cooler.
Possibility #3:
VAG-COM can be used to verify if EGR regulation occurs as it is supposed to. The N18 valve that controls the vacuum to the EGR valve can be bad. An output test can be run using VAG-COM to verify operation. If it doesn't regulate with the output test, then the valve is bad.
Be sure to reconnect anything disconnected during diagnostics.

И след това ли се появи надписа?
Ако да, провери внимателно дали всички връзки към него са на мястото си, здрави са, също и N18 клапан виж, вакуум и електрическите му връзки.
